How does Sculptra work?
Sculptra is a substance that helps replace lost volume over time by stimulating the body to produce new collagen. Sculptra’s effects can last from 6 weeks to 3 months.
How soon will I see results after my Sculptra treatment
Following your treatment, you will experience swelling, giving the area the appearance of greater volume. However, within a few days, the swelling will disappear, making it appear that you did not undergo a procedure. Collagen is produced shortly after the procedure. Generally, the results are visible within three weeks of the procedure. Sculptra injections continue to produce results for about three months after they are administered.
How long do results from Sculptra typically last?
The FDA has approved Sculptra Aesthetic to last up to two years.
Will I have any downtime after my Sculptra treatments?
Sculptra doesn’t require any downtime following the procedure; however, temporarily, swelling, redness, and bruising may occur.
