Curcumin, the primary active ingredient in the gold-colored spice turmeric, has been used in Eastern medicine for centuries to support comprehensive wellness. The potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties allow curcumin to influence various aspects of health.
Oxidative stress and inflammation can both lead to a wide range of symptoms and conditions that can have a negative impact on health, including cardiovascular disease, macular degeneration, arthritis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
