Limitless Aesthetics & Wellness Policies

​Appointment Policy 

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time, tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation / No Show Policy 

At Limitless Aesthetics & Wellness, we have a 48 hour Cancellation / No Show Policy. A 48 hours notice is required by either call with voicemail, text, or email, prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel your appointment or you will be charged if after this window of time has passed or a no-show results on your scheduled appointment. We understand schedules change and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and will consider waiving this cost on a case-by-case basis. This policy protects other patients waiting to get in to be seen for sometimes several weeks to months, also prevents our practice from fulfilling costs for products that may have been rush ordered for your particular scheduled appointment. Not providing our office with this advanced notice will result in hurting our practice with the inability to fulfill the spot in a timely fashion.  

By scheduling an appointment with our practice, you agree to this policy. Thank you in advance for your compliance and we look forward to giving you the ultimate care and attention in our practice! 

Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours will have the following fee either invoiced or automatically charged to the credit card on file: 

All Medical/Injection/Functional Medicine/Wellness Appointments: 

-$50 fee will be charged for a <30 minute appointment time 

-$100 fee will be charged for a 30 min - <59 min appointment time 

-$150 fee will be charged for a 1 hour+ appointment time 

Service Refund Policy 

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered.  Aesthetic and Wellness Services results are not consistent from one individual to the next and some individuals may require multiple sessions or additional modalities to achieve the desired results. 

Retail Purchase Policy 

We do not offer refunds on products purchased.  Defective or allergy-ridden products may be exchanged within 14 days for the equivalence in price. We also do not offer refunds on Gift Card purchases and transfer of Gift Cards must be consented by purchasing individual in writing to our office. 

Children & Pet Policy 

Although we love little ones both furry and not, we kindly ask to pre-arrange care for your children/animals and leave them in safe hands at home. This is to protect your children, animals, and our staff and ensure we have safe clean working environments for your treatments scheduled in our practice. Registered Service Animals are allowed into our practice
