The SaltFacial is a powerful 3-step treatment that uses all-natural sea salt to gently resurface the skin, aesthetic ultrasound, and LED Light therapy to effectively reduce the appearance of common concerns such as fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, sun damage, and uneven texture. It can also be used for corrective purposes to effectively treat acne, unwanted pigment, scars, and stretch marks.
How does The SaltFacial work?
The SaltFacial is a three-step treatment. Using sea salt and positive pressure, the first step exfoliates and hydrates the top layers of the skin safely and effectively. A light exfoliation or a deeper resurfacing similar to a laser treatment can be tailored to fit each patient’s needs.
Using ultrasound energy, the second step increases circulation within the superficial layers of the skin, increasing topical penetration by a significant amount.
In the final step of the SaltFacial 3-step treatment, high-powered LED phototherapy is used to reduce inflammation, promote rapid healing, and stimulate collagen production.
Is there any pain or downtime involved?
A SaltFacial treatment is painless and requires little to no downtime. Several of our patients have described the procedure as being similar to a deep exfoliation, followed by a soothing facial massage, followed by a relaxing beach nap!
